Tunis Sheep are one of the oldest breeds. Tunis sheep have a docile disposition, and are heavy milkers. The meat is sweet. Tunis wool is light ivory to cream in color, with spinning counts from 54s to 58s.

California Red Sheep are known for their ability to withstand extreme weather. They have a great flocking instinct for easier herding. California Red Sheep meat is delicate and very low in fat. They are of a docile disposition. California Red Sheep have cream colored wool, with a spinning count of 50 to 60.
